Materials
We'll walk you through the tradeoffs of each material, covering cost, maintenance, and how it holds up to hail and heat, before you choose.
Vinyl
Budget-friendly and low-maintenance. Thicker panels resist cracking and dents better.
Fiber cement
Rigid and paintable, and it won't rot or burn. Heavier to install.
[CONFIRM: siding materials you install (current site lists vinyl and fiber cement; any others, e.g. engineered wood or metal?)]
Hail-damaged siding
Hail can crack vinyl and chip fiber cement and paint, usually on the side of the house facing the storm. We document siding damage along with the roof and gutters so your adjuster sees the whole picture. See storm inspections.
Done right underneath
- Damaged sheathing and house wrap addressed before new siding goes up
- Window and door flashing integrated with the new siding
- Soffit and fascia replaced or wrapped at the same time if needed. See soffit & fascia
