Metal, specialty shingles and full siding replacement in New Fairview

A young town that doubled in a generation
New Fairview sits where Farm Roads 407 and 2264 meet in southeast Wise County. TSHA says it was known as Fairview, incorporated in 1973, and changed its name to New Fairview in 1999, when it had 877 residents. Census estimates show 1,351 residents in the 2020 base and about 1,666 in 2025.
A town that grew mostly in the past 25 years means mostly newer homes, many on large lots. That's a different roofing picture than an old railroad town:
