| Type | Residential re-roof, shingle to metal |

The job
We inspected the old roof from every side in January 2026, dried the whole roof in during March, set panels over the following week and a half, and finished at the end of March 2026.
What we did
- Tore off the old architectural shingles
- Dried in the entire roof with synthetic underlayment
- Installed standing seam panels and trimmed out every hip and ridge
- Finished the garage, the entry and the roof over the pool and spa
Hips on a metal roof
A hip roof means many panels cut at an angle where two slopes meet. Clean, straight hip trim is the difference between a metal roof that looks custom and one that looks patched. The mid-install photo shows a hip before the trim went on.
